No previous freediving qualification is required. Parent or guardian involvement is required for minors, and we confirm individual suitability before accepting a booking.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe water skills assessment includes a continuous \u003cstrong\u003e200 metre swim\u003c\/strong\u003e, or \u003cstrong\u003e300 metres with a mask, fins and snorkel\u003c\/strong\u003e. There is no time limit and you may use any swimming stroke.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eComplete the diver medical screening before training.
