Know what you are booking before you pay.

Course and charter listings marked dates TBC, by arrangement or register interest are enquiries, not confirmed departures. Submitting a form does not reserve a place and does not create a payment obligation.

Your confirmed offer

Before payment, the course or trip offer must identify the dates, location, duration, participant requirements, capacity, full inclusions and exclusions, any additional charges and the total amount payable in NZD. Applicable postponement, rescheduling and cancellation terms must also be supplied before acceptance.

Do not assume gear hire, eLearning, certification, pool or lane entry, boat travel, guiding, transfers, accommodation or meals are included unless the confirmed offer says so.

Suitability and certification

Training and trip participation depend on the relevant prerequisites, swimming ability, experience, medical screening and the conditions. Obtain medical clearance when indicated. Parent or guardian involvement is required for minors, with age limits and acceptance confirmed for the particular activity.

PADI certification requires completion of all applicable course requirements. Paying for a course does not guarantee certification, a personal best or a particular depth. The Exhale Spearfishing Course is separate from PADI certification courses.

Conditions and changes

The safety of the group and suitability of conditions take priority over an itinerary. The confirmed offer will explain how weather changes, postponements, operator cancellations and participant cancellations are handled. These general notes do not introduce a nonrefundable deposit or a blanket no refund policy.

Proposed charters

The maximum advertised group is four divers per proposed departure. Vessel, commercial operator, skipper, departure arrangements, duration, itinerary, equipment, guiding and other inclusions must be confirmed before booking. Catch and wildlife encounters are not guaranteed. Applicable fishing rules, protected areas and closures must be respected.

Books and products

Books are not available for purchase yet. Finished digital products will identify the exact edition, file format, delivery and access arrangements before sale. No physical book is shipped when a product is described as a digital edition. Product availability and any delivery charges must be clear before payment.
